A highly accomplished senior executive with over two decades of experience leading and developing operational and strategic capabilities in contracting, industrial manufacturing, information technology, and the food and beverage industry. He serves as a board member of United Cement Company, a leading cement producer in the Makkah region. He is also a board member of Advanced Pipes Solutions (formerly known as Aqua Pipes), a leading manufacturer of GRP and concrete pipes, with factories in Dammam and Rabigh. Furthermore, he sits on the board of Sunbulah Group, one of the largest food manufacturing companies in Saudi Arabia.

Fayez has also been appointed to the board of Tabuk Municipality Company, the investment arm of the Tabuk Municipality. He was elected as the Vice President of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2018 to 2022. Currently, he is a board member of the Saudi-Emirati Business Council. He holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
