Possesses extensive expertise in developing and executing strategic plans, managing and leading companies and endowments, while implementing best administrative practices and corporate governance standards. Deeply knowledgeable in the Hajj and Umrah sector with a strong understanding of the economic drivers and motivators for both holy cities (Makkah and Madinah).

Specializes in preparing and developing business plans and strategies for companies, as well as structuring and developing corporate governance frameworks for boards of directors, their subcommittees, and investment funds. Applies best practices and current governance standards in managing boards of directors and subcommittees, including executive committees, risk and audit committees, and nomination and remuneration committees.

Serves as a board member for several public and private companies, as well as a member of endowment supervisory boards and chairman of investment committees.
