The Audit and Governance Committee approves the performance report for the first quarter of 2022

The Governance Committee held its sixth meeting to review and approve the performance report for the first quarter of 2022, chaired by Engineer Bandar Al-Qahtani and attended by committee members. The committee aims to review and develop internal regulations, policies, and systems annually, as well as audit governance standards and institutional excellence criteria. Additionally, it aims to monitor the integrity of data and statistics issued by the association. During 2021, the committee issued four reports containing 13 recommendations, of which Almawaddah implemented 92% of the total recommendations.
