Mawaddah participated in the Professional Psychology and Quality of Life Conference by presenting a scientific paper titled "The Effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy in Achieving Post-Retirement Growth among Elderly Retirees in Jeddah City." The paper was presented by Dr. Majdi Bukhari, a counseling psychologist, and Dr. Al-Hassan Al-Sayyid.
