A group of Al Mawaddah Association employees participated in the institutional capacity development incubator workshops, supervised by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development. The program for developing the capacities of non-profit organizations in providing government services aims to support and enhance the capabilities of these organizations by providing theoretical and practical training sessions and workshops by experts specialized in the fields of institutional development, which contributes to enhancing the administrative and organizational readiness of organizations to provide their services effectively and efficiently. The incubator activities included providing models and guidelines that help organizations develop their internal systems and operations. The incubator also provides advisory sessions to discuss the challenges and problems facing organizations and provide recommendations and support to develop appropriate solutions. In addition, the incubator works to enhance cooperation and interaction between organizations and provide support to obtain business and project development opportunities, with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of organizations and motivating them to achieve success and sustainability in providing their services to the target communities. Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Radhi, Director General, stated that Al-Mawaddah Association is interested in developing talents in Al-Mawaddah for its work team, as a participation team was formed in the institutional capacity development incubator with the participation of Al-Mawaddah leaders, which was in multiple fields, namely the field of strategy, in which the Director of Excellence and Beneficiary Experience, Mr. Walid Al-Ramli, participated in how to work with organizations to build a general strategy for the organization. Also, the Financial Director, Mr. Atef Siddiq, participated in the field of finance to develop profit management, ethics and governance, and knowledge of evaluating financial decisions and cash flow, in addition to the simulation workshop, which aims to enhance organizations’ understanding of financial concepts and develop their skills in this field. Also, the Deputy Director General for Government Competitions and Investment, Mr. Omar Maqsoud, participated in the field of the operational model to learn about service management, stakeholder management, governance, knowledge management, and working with organizations to build a general operational model for the organization. Also, Mr. Amr Qaddouri, Director of Employee Relations, participated in a theoretical and applied workshop in the field of human resources, which includes the global foundations for human capital management, comprehensive strategies for talent management and development, learning culture, comprehensive rewards management, and measuring success. Also, Mr. Ahmed Al-Rifai, Director of Protection Centers, participated in the field of project management, which includes an overview of project management, project integration, and methods Project selection, project planning, project management, project team formation, project monitoring and closure, and the participation of Ms. Bayan Masoud, Deputy Director General of the Impact Portfolio, in the field of business development, which included business development, researching opportunities, developing services and products, in addition to developing technical presentations to present projects. Al-Radhi concluded his pride in the Association's team passing the development program for non-profit organizations' capabilities in providing government services. The Association seeks to develop the skills of its team to achieve its strategic goals, as it aims to enhance cooperation and organized teamwork and build a highly efficient and effective work team through electronic training platforms and accredited training institutes and centers. The Association aims to implement 108 training courses to raise the performance evaluation of its employees to 90%. Through this participation, we aim to enable associations to enter government competitions, God willing.
