Al-Mawaddah Society for Family Development announced the launch of its new strategy “Al-Mawaddah 2030” and its executive plan for the year 2025, within the framework of an ambitious vision aimed at enhancing the global, regional and local presence of the Saudi family experience after obtaining official approvals from the relevant authorities, and highlighting the social and religious values that distinguish Saudi society. Through this initiative, the society seeks to export the experience of Saudi family organizations to the world as a model to be emulated through initiatives that highlight Saudi family values. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Mawaddah Association for Family Development explained that the strategy aims to reach a prosperous and cohesive family that is proud of its values and global status. The strategy focuses on three target segments: the family in all its types and members to reach a family capable of solving its problems, practitioners to improve the quality of services provided to families, and governmental, private and non-profit organizations to reach an influential partnership in improving the quality of family life and exporting the Saudi experience. The strategy is based on 4 pillars: (Sustainable social balance of the family), (Global, regional and local impact of the family), (Institutional and financial sustainability), (Innovation in the family sector and system). The strategy aims to serve 1,000,000 million families, one billion views of films and awareness campaigns, qualify 6,000 specialized professional practitioners, and reach 192 million riyals in endowment investment assets to achieve financial sustainability. 2025 plan with 113 projects to serve 228,000 families
The CEO of Al-Mawadda Association, Mohammed bin Ali Al-Radhi, explained that the executive plan for the year 2025 includes 113 projects distributed over four main portfolios and 26 strategic initiatives aimed at serving 228,047 families directly through the association's branches in the regions and governorates, 30% of them through government services operated by the association. The first portfolio is the Sustainable Social Balance Portfolio for the Family, which includes the Family Platform for Digital Training and Guidance, the operation of Family Protection Centers, the Al-Mawadda Center for Social and Psychological Support for the Family, the Makrama Center for Empowering Women Supporters to Transform Them from Need to Production, the Edrak Center for Awareness, and the Al-Mawadda Social Observatory for the Family. The Innovation Portfolio in the Family Sector and System (Social Investment) includes 5 initiatives, namely the Government Competitions Operation Initiative, where Al-Mawadda worked on 33 government competitions, the Innovative Child Center, which aims to provide early childhood care for 1,350 children, the Al-Mawadda Academy for qualifying practitioners, launching the Best Family-Supporting Work Environment Award in the Private Sector, and holding the Al-Mawadda Virtual Forum For family innovation at the Kingdom level, while the global, regional and local impact portfolio includes 5 initiatives, namely international memberships, exporting the Saudi experience globally and regionally, international and regional visits, and ambassadors of affection. The plan also aims in the financial sustainability portfolio to improve the beneficiary experience, monitor and follow up on the implementation of the plan, digital transformation, attracting, empowering and motivating national competencies, controlling governance, spending efficiency and sustaining professional volunteering.
