Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Suleiman Al Rajhi, the Ministry's branch in the Makkah region, represented by its Director General, Mr. Abdullah Ismail, and the Al Mawaddah Family Development Association, represented by its CEO, Mr. Mohammed Al Radhi, signed a cooperation agreement aimed at empowering nursery beneficiaries by developing their craft and professional skills and enhancing their economic capabilities to achieve financial independence. This cooperation is part of the Ministry and the Association's efforts to support the most needy groups by providing specialized training and rehabilitation programs that contribute to raising the efficiency of beneficiaries and preparing them for the labor market. This is done through the Fekra Center for Women's Empowerment, affiliated with the Al Mawaddah Association. The agreement focuses on several key areas, including providing vocational and professional training to beneficiaries, providing guidance, moral, and entrepreneurial support to enable them to build sustainable career paths, supporting and monitoring beneficiaries to ensure the continued success of their projects, enhancing employment opportunities, financing micro-enterprises, and providing educational and housing support to achieve a stable and safe environment for beneficiaries.

The CEO of the Al Mawaddah Association, Mr. Mohammed Al Radhi, emphasized that this agreement falls within the framework of the Association's vision to empower families and achieve social stability by enhancing economic opportunities for women, especially the most needy groups, which contributes to improving the quality of life for women. Their quality of life and enabling them to achieve financial independence, noting that the Fekra Center for Women's Empowerment seeks to provide a supportive environment for professional leadership by offering integrated programs that contribute to empowering women economically and socially, which enhances their active role in society and achieves financial stability and professional independence for them.
