Al-Mawaddah holds its twenty-first (ordinary) general assembly meeting

Al Mawaddah Society Holds 21st General Assembly Meeting and Approves 2024 Performance
Al Mawaddah Society for Family Development held its 21st General Assembly meeting remotely this evening, attended by members of the General Assembly and a number of specialists and those interested in family and development affairs.
The meeting reviewed and approved the 2024 annual performance report and the auditor's report, in addition to approving the executive plan and estimated budget for 2025. The Audit and Review Committee's report and the Investment Committee's report were also presented, as part of enhancing the association's governance, transparency, and operational effectiveness.
In his speech during the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the members of the General Assembly for their continued support and trust, emphasizing that the successes achieved would not have been possible without teamwork and institutional integration. Al-Samnoudi said, "We have served more than 80,000 families across the Kingdom, and the impact of the association's services has reached approximately 72.2%, contributing to a 10.36% reduction in divorce rates in the Makkah region and a 2.69% reduction in the Kingdom, according to Ministry of Justice reports and official reconciliation documents."
Al-Samnoudi added, "By 2025, Al-Mawaddah aims to launch 26 initiatives and 113 projects that will contribute to the stability of more than 228,000 families, provide more than 213,000 services in the areas of empowerment, protection, training, guidance, and family dispute resolution, and reach 100 million awareness views across digital and traditional media." Al-Samnoudi concluded by emphasizing that the achievements made would not have been possible without the dedication of the association's members, their deep belief in its mission, and their daily commitment to serving families and society. He emphasized that this renewed dedication embodies the spirit of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in building a vibrant society whose members enjoy stability and contribute to enhancing the quality of life for Saudi families.
