The Al Mawaddah Family Development Association launched the Family Economic Empowerment Portal during its participation in the International Exhibition for the Non-Profit Sector (IENA) in Riyadh. The event was held under the patronage of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, and attended by a select group of representatives from the non-profit sector.

The portal represents a comprehensive platform aimed at transforming families from need to self-reliance through training, professional, and entrepreneurial paths, including real job opportunities, housing support, product marketing, and online sales outlets.

In its first phase, the portal focuses on empowering more than 1,000 Saudi families, providing 200 job opportunities, and marketing more than 500 local products through a specialized online store.

In a speech delivered during the launch, the CEO of Al Mawaddah Association, Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Radhi, emphasized that the portal is not just a project, but rather a starting point toward a new development reality that places the family at the heart of the production and stability equation. He pointed out that economic empowerment is the path to building a more cohesive and dignified society.
