The "Saif" program was launched with the participation of 35 civil society organizations from across the Kingdom. It aims to enhance the efficiency of nonprofit organizations through three main axes: institutional empowerment, resource development and financial sustainability, and enhancing innovation and partnerships. The program includes 17 specialized workshops covering leadership, financial management, governance, and resource development strategies, in addition to 30 individual mentoring sessions to directly support the needs of the organizations. Activities are divided into several training tracks, including capacity building, digital transformation, and community initiative design. The outcomes focus on preparing practical development plans, building sustainability models, and strengthening partnerships with the public and private sectors.

The Al Mawaddah Family Development Association launched the "Saif" program under the generous patronage of Mr. Majed Abu Nahiya, Executive Vice President for the Nonprofit Sector, as part of its participation in the International Nonprofit Exhibition (IENA) held in Riyadh, with the attendance of representatives from various development agencies and nonprofit institutions.

The CEO of Al Mawaddah Association, Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Radhi, explained that the "Safe" program is one of the unique initiatives aimed at empowering civil society organizations by transferring expertise and providing them with advanced administrative and financial tools, enhancing their ability to achieve a broader societal impact. He pointed out that the three axes were designed based on an analysis of the sector's needs to ensure comprehensive and sustainable development for participating organizations.

Al Radhi emphasized that the diversity of workshops and guidance sessions in the program will enable associations to address operational challenges, achieve best practices in governance, and adopt innovative financial sustainability strategies. He also emphasized enhancing their digital presence and building effective partnerships with various sectors.

Al Radhi concluded by emphasizing that "Safe" represents an important tributary in the journey to empower civil society organizations and is consistent with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance the role of the nonprofit sector as an effective partner in national development and transformation.
