With the start of the new academic year, Al-Mawadda Association for Family Development emphasizes the importance of family awareness in providing a stable and motivating environment for children, ensuring their educational success and family cohesion. Through its specialized programs and initiatives, the association works to strengthen the partnership between families and schools and equips parents with the tools needed to address the educational and psychological challenges their children may face during this stage.
His Excellency Eng. Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, Chairman of the Association’s Board, noted that Al-Mawadda, through the Family Platform, offers comprehensive digital training programs that help families acquire skills in managing family dialogue, organizing time, and alleviating the psychological pressures associated with the academic year. He also explained that the Foundations of Family Life 101 program provides university and high school students with opportunities to learn principles of effective communication, financial planning, and family health, contributing to the development of a conscious generation capable of balancing personal life and studies.
Al-Samnoudi further highlighted that the Al-Mawadda Center for Social and Psychological Guidance and Support provides specialized consultations for parents and children on modern parenting methods and ways to manage academic anxiety and behavioral issues. Meanwhile, the Innovative Child Center supports the development of children’s skills and enhances their behavioral and educational abilities from an early age, meeting family needs across different educational stages.
He added that during the first half of 2025, the association provided over 180,000 services, with more than 88,000 beneficiaries benefiting from its training and guidance programs, achieving a notable 73% improvement in family life skills among participating families.
Al-Samnoudi affirmed that supporting families at the start of the academic year is a strategic investment in building a well-educated and cohesive generation. Al-Mawadda’s programs reflect its commitment to providing innovative developmental solutions that enhance quality of life and achieve sustainable social balance, in line with the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
