Makramah Women's Empowerment Center provides job opportunities for 100 women in the customer service sector.

The Makrama Center for Women's Empowerment, affiliated with the Al Mawaddah Family Development Association, with support from the Groos Charitable Foundation, announced the launch of a specialized program to train and empower women to work in customer service. The program will provide more than 120 job vacancies as part of the women's economic empowerment program, reflecting the association's commitment to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to increase women's participation in the labor market and enhance their developmental role.
More than 100 women participated in the training program, completing 10 hours of training under the supervision and follow-up of seven specialized mentors and trainers. The program also contributed to establishing partnerships with four leading local and international companies to secure job opportunities and facilitate the trainees' transition into the labor market.
Eng. Faisal Saif El-Din El-Samnoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al Mawaddah Family Development Association, explained that the meeting focused on honing professional and entrepreneurial skills. Participants benefited from intensive programs in communication and customer service, along with professional guidance sessions that supported their readiness to integrate into modern work environments. Since the beginning of 2025, the center's statistics indicate that it has provided more than 30 training programs, provided more than 300 entrepreneurial and professional consultations, and benefited more than 1,300 women. It also operates 29 sales outlets.
Al-Samnoudi emphasized that this initiative represents a practical model for women's economic empowerment through training and employment, which positively impacts family stability. He noted that the association continues to develop quality programs that meet labor market requirements and support family and societal stability.
