Engineer Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association, explained that the association continued its outstanding performance in supporting and stabilizing Saudi families in the third quarter of 2025, achieving growth exceeding 255% compared to the same period last year, and achieving a tangible impact in enhancing the quality of family life.
Al-Samnoudi indicated that the total number of beneficiaries of the association's services reached 152,406, while the number of services provided reached 271,100 development services in the fields of training, guidance, empowerment, protection, and family awareness.
He explained that the distribution of beneficiaries according to the initiatives reflects the diversity and comprehensiveness of the social impact. Beneficiaries of family training services accounted for 10%, family counseling and conflict resolution services for 12.62%, and family economic empowerment for 1.8%. Meanwhile, families protected from violence accounted for 21.88%, and children benefited from capacity-building and skills programs for 0.62%. Beneficiaries of government projects and competitions constituted 50.26% of the total beneficiaries, in addition to 3.63% of specialists who were trained and developed their skills through the Al Mawaddah Academy.
He added that the results of the initiatives demonstrated a qualitative impact on the lives of beneficiary families. Family skills increased by 74%, the reconciliation rate in family cases reached 57%, 92% of domestic violence cases were successfully resolved, 29% of families were economically empowered, and 58% of children underwent programs to treat developmental disorders. Al-Samnoudi pointed out that these achievements reflect the efficiency of institutional performance, with a 94% stakeholder satisfaction rate and a 97% response rate through the Beneficiary Care Center. The association also directed 93% of its expenditures to development programs and family activities, enhancing spending effectiveness and achieving sustainable impact.
Concluding his statement, Engineer Faisal Al-Samnoudi emphasized that these results represent the fruit of the association's commitment to its vision of building a prosperous and cohesive family that takes pride in its values and global standing by empowering families and enhancing their quality of life through innovative development programs that contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in building a vibrant and prosperous society.
