Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association was honored to receive Mr. Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Rashidi, Assistant Director General of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's branch for social development in Abha, who inaugurated the new building of the association's Family Protection Center. Representatives from the General Directorate for Protection and Child Protection at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development were also present. During the visit, attendees were briefed on the center's operations and the services provided to beneficiaries.

This building represents a significant step forward in enhancing the readiness and continuity of protection services in the region. It provides a specialized and safe environment that preserves privacy and dignity, and facilitates a rapid response to cases of domestic violence or those requiring psychological and social support. This initiative reflects the integrated roles of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the non-profit sector. The inauguration is an extension of Al-Mawaddah Association's commitment to supporting families to become more cohesive and prosperous through innovative development programs, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 for quality of life, strengthening the protection system, and empowering the non-profit sector as an active development partner.
