Al Mawaddah Society for Family Development continues its humanitarian efforts—through a partnership with the Ehsan platform and a group of donors—to support families in need during the holy month of Ramadan, as part of its mission to enhance family stability and provide assistance to deserving households.
Mohammed bin Ali Al-Radhi, CEO of Al Mawaddah Society, explained that the association has so far supported 1,217 beneficiary families through its Ramadan aid programs, which aim to ease living burdens during the holy month. He added that 1,300 families applied for Ramadan assistance via the designated link, مؤكداً that the association operates according to clear mechanisms to ensure aid reaches the most deserving families.
He emphasized that the role of family-focused associations goes beyond providing financial aid; it also includes social, psychological, and economic support programs, as well as enhancing family life skills. The total number of families benefiting from the association’s services during Ramadan has exceeded 5,298 families through various centers and specialized programs.
He noted that the Al Mawaddah Center for Social and Psychological Support provided services to more than 1,112 families, while the Family Protection Center handled 2,593 family-related cases. The Makramah Center for Economic Support served more than 348 families, and the Quality of Family Life Center benefited more than 585 families. Additionally, support services for separated families reached over 469 families, along with treatment for disorders affecting more than 96 children through specialized programs aimed at supporting family stability and protecting children.
Al-Radhi concluded his statement by expressing sincere thanks and appreciation to the Ehsan platform, all donors, major supporters, partners, and everyone who contributed to highlighting the association’s role. He praised the generous donations and ongoing support, which have had a significant impact on sustaining the association’s programs and delivering services to beneficiary families during Ramadan.
He also reaffirmed that Al Mawaddah Society will continue implementing its Ramadan initiatives, calling on community members and business leaders to support the association’s efforts to strengthen social solidarity and empower families to live with stability and dignity.
