Al Mawaddah Family Development Society achieved a significant milestone during the first quarter of 2026, reaching 57,443 beneficiaries—an increase of 30% compared to the same period in 2025. This reflects the expansion of the Society’s services and its growing social impact in supporting family stability.

Eng. Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, Chairman of the Board of Al Mawaddah Family Development Society, stated that the organization continues to achieve its strategic objectives by delivering an integrated package of high-quality programs and services. He noted that the number of beneficiaries through government projects reached 45,230, marking a 35% increase, while direct beneficiaries totaled 12,213, reflecting a 17% rise. The total number of services delivered reached 65,117 during the quarter.

Al-Samnoudi added that the Society’s social performance witnessed notable progress. A total of 490 children benefited from developmental and behavioral capacity-building services, 1,546 families from living standard improvement services, and 4,074 families from awareness and family skills programs. Additionally, 6,626 families benefited from family cohesion and challenge-resolution services. The Society also achieved over 13 million digital awareness views, supported 449 families through services for separated families, and enhanced the capabilities of 373 specialists to improve service quality. Furthermore, 45,230 families were served ضمن government projects.

He explained that these efforts resulted in impactful outcomes, including an 83% improvement in beneficiaries’ family skills, a 95% closure rate of family protection reports, and a 65% family stability rate after receiving services—demonstrating the sustainable positive impact of the Society’s programs on the community.

Al-Samnoudi further highlighted the Society’s strong institutional performance, with an operational performance rate of 92%, a complaint resolution rate of 98%, and an average response rate of 96% through the beneficiary care center. Stakeholder satisfaction reached 89%. He emphasized that these achievements are supported by the Society receiving the “Ehsan Award” in the social sector, in recognition of its outstanding efforts in serving families and the community.

He concluded by noting that since its establishment, Al Mawaddah has served more than one million families. These efforts align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance quality of life and build a vibrant society characterized by family stability and sustainable development.
