In 2026, Al-Mawaddah Association aims to enhance the skills of 8,000 practitioners in the family sector through 30 specialized dialogue sessions. To date, it has successfully attracted 846 professionals through seven dialogue sessions conducted as part of the "Professional Community" project. This expansion builds upon the successes of 2025, which witnessed an exceptional surge in the number of beneficiaries, reaching 6,312 practitioners, exceeding the target of 1,000. A high satisfaction rate of 98% was also achieved, surpassing the target of 95%.
Through its weekly meetings, the "Professional Community" project seeks to cultivate a specialized knowledge-based community that combines theoretical foundations with practical application, focusing on professionals in the social and psychological fields. The project primarily aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise and enhance the professional identity of practitioners, in addition to aligning field practices with national standards and approved frameworks in the Kingdom. It also seeks to discuss contemporary challenges in family work through interactive dialogue, contributing to the improvement of services provided to families.
These dialogue sessions highlight key current professional issues and best global and local practices in family services, ensuring the sustainability of professional impact and raising the quality of institutional performance in the non-profit sector. This initiative is part of Al-Mawaddah Association's ongoing efforts to develop specialized human resources, based on the belief that qualified practitioners are the cornerstone of achieving family and societal stability, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
