The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association, Engineer Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz – may God protect them – on the great success of the 1447 AH Hajj season.
Al-Samnoudi emphasized that the services provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the Hajj season reflect its global leadership in serving the Two Holy Mosques and the pilgrims. He pointed out that the integrated system of security, health, organizational, and technological services enabled more than one and a half million pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.
He explained that the success achieved this year was thanks to God, then to the great support and attention of the wise leadership, and the integration between various governmental and service agencies, which enhanced the quality of services provided to pilgrims and improved the efficiency of crowd management, transportation, and support services.
Engineer Faisal Al-Samnoudi noted that the Al-Mawaddah Association continued its operations and services throughout the Hajj season without interruption. Its teams maintained their services in nine regions across the Kingdom, encompassing family support, visitation rights, and the implementation of court-ordered custody and visitation rights, in addition to providing family protection and social support services. This ensured the continuity of services for beneficiaries during the Hajj season.
He added that the association played a vital social and humanitarian role during this period through its specialized staff, who continued their work serving families and children, driven by its social responsibility and commitment to strengthening family stability throughout the Kingdom.
Al-Samnoudi commended the significant efforts of all participating entities in serving the pilgrims, emphasizing that the achievements of this year's Hajj represent a global model of management, planning, and institutional coordination.
In closing, he prayed to God Almighty to protect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its leadership, to perpetuate its security and stability, and to accept the pilgrims' Hajj and return them safely to their homelands.
