The Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association has won the Arab Family Technological Innovation Award, presented by the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, upon nomination by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. This award recognizes the association's efforts in developing technological solutions and initiatives that contribute to supporting families, enhancing their stability, and improving their quality of life.

This recognition was achieved through the association's Digital Family Platform, one of the most prominent technological initiatives specializing in family services. The platform provides a comprehensive system of rehabilitation, training, guidance, and family counseling services through innovative digital solutions.

Since its launch, the platform has served more than 85,000 beneficiaries in 32 countries worldwide, in addition to providing more than 70,000 online family counseling sessions. This reflects the significant impact it has had in empowering families and facilitating their access to specialized services.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Mawaddah Association, Engineer Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, affirmed that this award represents the culmination of years of continuous institutional work and reflects the association's success in employing innovation and modern technologies to develop family services and enhance their accessibility to beneficiaries with high efficiency and quality.

Al-Samnoudi added that the Family Platform represents a pioneering model for digital transformation in the non-profit sector, through its training and qualification programs and its guidance and awareness services, in line with the goals of Vision 2030 to improve quality of life and enhance social development.

He noted that the platform had previously received the Innovation in E-Learning and Training Award from the National Center for E-Learning, in recognition of its role in providing lifelong learning opportunities and developing human capabilities.

This achievement adds to the association's impressive record of 18 local and international awards, including the King Khalid Award, the Makkah Excellence Award, the Financial Sustainability Award, the Digital Excellence Award, and the Volunteer Work Award.
