The Internal Audit Committee of Al-Mawaddah Association held its first meeting of 2026 to review the performance indicators for the first quarter. The committee reviewed 164 indicators and verified the supporting evidence for the results.

The audit results showed that the association achieved an overall performance of 92%, while the beneficiary satisfaction index reached 95%, the Net Recommendation Score (NPS) was 70%, the response rate to beneficiary complaints reached 98%, and the rate of addressing improvement opportunities reached 88%.

The committee's work included reviewing and auditing the evidence related to the completed and underachieved performance indicators, which enhances the efficiency of monitoring and governance and reinforces the approach of continuous improvement within the association.
