The Board of Directors of Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association held its tenth meeting of its fourth session, chaired by Chairman of the Board, Engineer Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, at the association's headquarters in Jeddah. The board discussed several strategic topics related to institutional and financial performance, reviewed performance indicators, and approved a number of resolutions that support the association's sustainability and enhance its developmental impact.

The board reviewed the implementation of the recommendations from the previous meeting and examined the Internal Audit Committee's report on the first quarter of 2026. It also discussed a summary of the social and financial performance for the first half of the year, reflecting the association's commitment to monitoring performance indicators, improving institutional efficiency, and strengthening the principles of governance and transparency.

The board also approved the commencement of work on the Tayyiba land project and reviewed the survey decision for the Bahra land, approving its sale and the allocation of the proceeds to the investment portfolio. This will contribute to supporting financial sustainability and enhancing the resources allocated for implementing development programs and initiatives. The Board also discussed the Governance Report issued by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development for 2026, along with several other agenda items, and made the necessary decisions and recommendations.

Engineer Faisal bin Saif Al-Din Al-Samnoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association, affirmed that the Association continues to operate according to an institutional vision based on continuous development, enhancing sustainability, and improving the quality of services provided to families, in line with best practices and achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Al-Samnoudi explained that the topics discussed by the Board reflect the Association's commitment to raising the efficiency of institutional performance, strengthening governance, developing resources, and investing in impactful initiatives that contribute to the sustainability of developmental impact, thus fulfilling the Association's mission of empowering families and enhancing their stability and quality of life.

Al-Samnoudi concluded his statement by emphasizing that the Board of Directors will continue to monitor the implementation of strategic plans and support impactful initiatives and projects, thereby strengthening the Association's leadership and ensuring the sustainability of its impact in serving families and the community.
