Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association reviewed its most prominent achievements during the first half of 2026, reflecting its continued efforts to provide high-quality services and development programs that contribute to strengthening family stability, empowering families, and improving quality of life through an integrated system of family initiatives and services.
The association explained that the total number of beneficiaries of its services during the first half of the year reached 112,358, while the total number of services provided exceeded 126,466, reflecting the breadth of the association's services and its continued reach to various segments of society through its specialized programs and initiatives.
The association also achieved high performance indicators in the quality of services provided, with an average response rate of 98% through the Beneficiary Care Center, a 98% complaint resolution rate, and a 96% stakeholder satisfaction rate, confirming the association's commitment to providing high-quality services, enhancing the beneficiary experience, and implementing best institutional practices. The association continued its regional and Arab presence by achieving a significant milestone: winning the Arab Family Technological Innovation Award, presented by the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, upon nomination by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. This award recognized the association's Family Platform and its innovative digital solutions in training, guidance, family counseling, psychological assessments, and awareness content, reflecting its pioneering role in leveraging technology to serve families and enhance their quality of life.
In the area of economic empowerment, the association continued implementing its programs aimed at supporting the most vulnerable families. During the first half of 2026, 82 housing units were distributed under the "Mukarrama" program, as part of its efforts to promote housing stability and empower families to build a more stable and self-reliant future.
The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association, Mr. Zuhair bin Ali Al-Marhoumi, affirmed that these achievements reflect the association's continued commitment to its developmental mission, guided by an institutional vision based on quality, innovation, and sustainability. He noted that the association's local successes, along with its winning the Arab Family Technological Innovation Award, underscore Al-Mawaddah's position as a leading national model in developing family solutions and strengthen its presence at the regional and Arab levels.
Mr. Al-Marhoumi added that the accomplishments during the first half of the year are the result of the integrated efforts of the team and the support of partners and sponsors. He emphasized that the association is committed to developing its high-quality programs and services, investing in digital and developmental solutions, and expanding its economic and social empowerment programs. This contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, enhancing quality of life, empowering families, and building a more stable, developed, and sustainable society. Al-Marhoumi concluded his statement by emphasizing that Al-Mawaddah Association will continue to work on improving the efficiency of its services, expanding its impact locally and regionally, and developing its developmental and digital initiatives, in order to meet the aspirations of beneficiaries and enhance its role as one of the leading national entities in the field of family development.
