The goal of the project is to provide family, psychological, social, educational, and behavioral counseling through a set of services (guidance hotline, in-person counseling, e-counseling, and support groups) to contribute to helping couples strengthen family relationships with children and in the family environment, address their problems, and build an aware and cohesive family capable of facing challenges. The project aims to provide services that meet the needs of the community in partnership with relevant entities. A group of specialists in the family, social, and psychological fields provide the service. We seek to improve the guest experience by developing the services provided and improving the skills of the specialists. The project aims to improve the quality of life for 15,100 beneficiary families at a rate of 20,400 services during the year 2024.
The idea of the counseling clinics is to provide psychological, social, and family support to families in their locations at commercial malls. In partnership with the Directorate of Prisons in the Makkah region, psychological and social counseling is provided to inmates and their families. In partnership with the Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques, the service is provided to its staff, their families, and guests of the Sacred House of God, through several tracks (developmental, preventive, and therapeutic). In this project, we aim to assist 3,074 beneficiaries.
The project aims to provide family reconciliation services and resolve family disputes through the Taradhee platform, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and the Presidency of the General Presidency of Scholarly Research and Ifta. This is due to the prevalence of family, marital, and social problems, in order to contribute to reducing family disputes and assisting couples in strengthening family relationships with their children and within the family environment, strengthening successful marital relationships, and reconciling their perspectives to build an aware family capable of facing challenges. The project aims to provide services that meet the needs of the community in partnership with relevant entities. A group of specialized reconcilers, both men and women, in the fields of personal status, legal affairs, and family dispute resolution provide the service. The project aims to target 2,662 families at a rate of 3,327 services during the year 2024.
The program is specifically designed for senior citizens aged 60 and above, to rehabilitate them with mechanisms and techniques of psychological support within the family, by investing their experiences and expertise within their families and communities. It will also enhance their awareness through psychological, family, and social counseling groups. The program will be delivered by a team of experienced specialists in the field of working with the elderly. The target is to reach 400 beneficiaries.
