The project aims to achieve a work-life balance through launching an award for the best family-friendly work environment. This is to promote a culture of family-friendly companies in the community by inviting companies to apply the guide of best standards for a family-friendly work environment, and to raise awareness among human resource development employees to become a national community initiative that increases companies' awareness of achieving balance between work and family.
To promote awareness among working parents about the importance of work-life balance, and among companies and institutions about the benefits of providing a healthy and supportive work environment for families, in terms of mental and social well-being.
To support innovation and creativity in designing work environments to be more sustainable and family-friendly, including remote work techniques and smart technologies that facilitate communication and coordination among family members.
To enhance interaction and cooperation between relevant companies and institutions, including the government and non-governmental organizations, to promote a family-supportive work environment at the national level.
To recognize companies that build sustainable practices reflecting their concern for family and community, such as providing educational programs and care for children and the elderly.
