This is a research study on the influential role of women's employment on family stability in the city of Jeddah. The main objective of this research is to understand the positive and negative effects of women's employment on family stability from the perspective of spouses. The specific objectives derived from this are as follows:

• Identify appropriate proposals to overcome the negative effects of women's employment that impact family stability.
• Uncover differences in the perspectives of spouses regarding the impact of women's employment on family stability.
• Propose systems and legislation that contribute to mitigating the impact of women's employment on family stability.
