This research study aims to identify the benefits of women driving and provide proposals to support these benefits. It also aims to identify the negative aspects or problems resulting from women's driving and propose legislative solutions for them. The general objective of this study is to propose legislation regarding the impact of women's driving in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The specific objectives derived from this are as follows:

• Uncover the positive effects of women's driving.
• Identify the negative effects and problems related to women's driving.
• Develop systems and legislation that contribute to mitigating the negative effects of women's driving.
