This study is an important endeavor to monitor and analyze exemplary experiences in the field of family policies in the most advanced countries worldwide. It presents a diverse range of initiatives aimed at promoting family well-being in various areas and sectors related to family life and societal welfare. The objective is to extract successful practices and lessons learned from the implementation of these policies. The research concludes with a set of recommendations after closely examining international experiences, taking into consideration the nature, values, and cultural specificities of Saudi society. The study adopted a content analysis methodology, which aims to analyze the content of policies, legislation, and leading international experiences in family development. Additionally, a comparative approach was employed to study and analyze these distinguished international experiences, legislations, and strategies in the field of family development within the context of leading countries.
