This is a final report on the workshop for the regulatory framework of private family counseling centers. The workshop aimed to develop the regulations through the participation of expert professionals and academics. During the workshop, participants were divided into five groups, each responsible for reviewing the regulations and evaluating them based on three responses (retain, delete, modify), along with providing justifications for their responses. The groups then collectively discussed the regulations to reach final decisions and recommendations. The workshop followed the following methodology: individual review of the regulation texts, group discussions among members, brainstorming based on the workshop's flow model, and reviewing the groups' outputs for the regulations. The workshop consisted of three main course topics, as follows: topic 1: Introducing the workshop methodology and rules, and providing a general overview of the regulatory framework, topic 2: Reviewing and discussing the regulations by the groups, topic 3: Arbitrating the results of the group discussions.
