This is a study that emerged from the recognition of the pivotal role of institutional building in various aspects of performance and its tangible impact on resource development and sustainability. The study aimed to explore the institutional building of Al-Mawaddah Society for Family Development in Makkah and its evolutionary factors, as well as its role in the successes achieved by the society, positioning it among charitable organizations known for its excellent institutional work as a pioneering experience that can enrich other experiences, draw lessons, and uplift charitable sector organizations. The study utilized a case study methodology, focusing on institutional building, financial sustainability, and the significant changes brought about by the society's leap forward. It also examined the level of the society's management commitment to credibility, transparency, effective leadership, strategic planning as a tool for realizing its vision, and the methods employed to overcome difficulties and challenges, as well as evaluation and improvement processes.
