  Program services

The "Qudrah" project is one of the projects of the Makramah Center for Women's Empowerment, which aims to train and empower beneficiaries from those in need and guardianship families with the necessary professional skills, to employ them according to the needs of the labor market for full-time, part-time, or remote jobs, in line with the directions of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, to help them achieve financial stability.

This is achieved by providing professional programs. The Makramah Center team conducted quick research on the required work fields in the remote work platform and the PTWay platform for part-time work, through an integrated empowerment journey starting with a vocational aptitude test, then vocational training and benefiting from courses on the Family platform, passing through vocational and family counseling by providing consultations, pioneering programs and workshops such as "How to market yourself in the labor market", and ending with the employment of the beneficiaries, which contributes to increasing the income of the beneficiaries and increasing economic stability, by training 1,000 women.

The artisanal path is a reflection of the (Makramah) brand, which will be worked on in 2024 to produce souvenir gifts with a local identity. Our goal is to empower beneficiaries in need with the necessary manual and craft skills through the production lines, by providing craft programs and handicrafts, through an integrated empowerment journey starting with a personal interview and aptitude test, then craft training and benefiting from courses on the Family platform, passing through entrepreneurial and family guidance by providing consultations and pioneering workshops such as (digital marketing - freelance management - e-commerce - pricing strategies - define your project idea - infographic design - professional photography) and ending with the adoption of the lady's product in the production line and the electronic store, which contributes to increasing the income of the beneficiaries and increasing economic stability, in addition to benefiting from the empowerment services by providing sponsorship support through the Tarabot fund, and their participation in temporary sales outlets for handicrafts, fashion, and which are prepared for the beneficiaries to facilitate the access of customers to the ladies' projects and ensure the development of sales of their products, and provide electronic sales outlets through the dedicated electronic store for Makramah products and the permanent exhibition.

The project aims to empower needy women by establishing and operating 100 permanent sales outlets in different locations in the Jeddah region, in addition to 20 outlets in the neighborhood market, and 55 temporary sales outlets. The beneficiaries are also empowered with the basic skills required for project management through a course on establishing micro-projects for sales outlets in various fields, and the orientation towards qualifying the merchants and managing these outlets during the operation period through the association.

The Tirabit Fund provides financial support to low-income beneficiaries with the aim of motivating the woman to continue her full empowerment journey and alleviating the financial burdens of life that the breadwinning woman suffers from due to the lack of means to help her facilitate her livelihood. The focus is on developing her skills by providing assistance (electronic cards) to 1,690 beneficiaries.
